Heartwood is a charming A-frame cabin designed to provide a cozy and inviting retreat in the heart of nature. This beautiful house on a golf course had it all, almost..  What was it lacking?.. An outdoor living space!  This 224 square foot addition is what every house in Washington needs.  Escape the rain and still have space to read a book or enjoy a family meal outside while staying dry.  I think this space is pretty keen and I hope you do to.

This luxury residence is just under ten thousand square feet.  Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and walk in closet.  This house features an elevator and servant quarters above the garage.  There is also a full basement with theater, exercise room, wine cellar and second master suite.

Whitney Hills

Once burned down to the ground this house was reconstructed on the existing foundation.  With the homeowner's tastes and desires in mind this house was modified from the original design for the better.  She now has the bathroom and master closet that she so wanted and deserves.  The house was already landscaped by the owners husband and featured one of the most beautiful backdrops.

This beautiful home sits on a hill overlooking downtown Gig Harbor. The property offers views of the City lights and also the puget sound. For this project the roof pitch was designed low to accommodate a 16' height restriction. This was a pretty steep lot and a fun project to design.

Devonshire

Built for entertaining, this deck boasts a spectacular 230 degree view of the Puget Sound.  The house is seated on high bluff real estate across from Point Defiance Park.  The octagonal rear covered deck is one of many great features of this home.  There is a large bonus room over the garage and provides a nice place for a man cave or home office.  The siding is hardi siding and came pre-painted to look line stained cedar siding.  The craftsmanship that went into this house is exquisite

Copper House

This beautiful house is well equipt with every bell and whistle.  From the media center you can rewire the house for any new technology on the horizon.  To the open concept is makes this place very pleasant and well lite.  The view of downtown Port Townsend is truly one of a kind. Not to mention, the gift of watching ferries and sail boats is a favorite of many from the large waterproof deck off the master suite.  While the master suite is on the uppermost floor the house features an elevator with a window that looks out to the deck, living room and playroom on your way to the daylight basement. The siding is made from Rain Shadow, a Rich Lite product made right here in Tacoma.  Its composed of sheets of recycled paper and resin.  The windows feature a tilt and turn option so that you can have them fully pivoted for easy cleaning or cracked open in the same manner an awning window operates.  The place is heated by a boiler and radiant slab on all three floors.  We have propane back up heat and Lunos air exchanging fans throughout. This house was lacking in the curb appeal department. I proposed this new covered porch to really set this home off. The front door in these photos is going to be replaced with a 8' tall door and will have side lights windows on both sides. We also added a third car garage bay to the existing two car garage.

I am very happy to be able to say that I played a big part into bringing this project to life. Teen Challenge International

This building has a grand purpose.  We designed this facility to work hard and house troubled youth, and to really be a new beginning for those in need.  This project was a permitting battle but was won over a period of about three years.  This oxford house has an open concept upstairs and houses many bunkbeds for the patrons who are working to straighten out their lives.  Though this building is basic, the project itself speaks volumes for the community and I am happy to have played a part.

This cozy home is tucked in the woods on Key Peninsula.  We were able to create a great bonus room in the attic over the garage.  I especially like the color of this home with the navy blue accents.

Saphire Green

Does your home lacking in curb appeal?  Then lets add a covered porch over the entry to liven it up.   Or perhaps a new outdoor living area or two to better accommodate a life outdoors in this unusually dry environment.  The rainy season however is coming right around the corner and I would love to be able to sit next to the fire and listen to the rain falling around you.  I dont think I can personally think of a better set up to relax in the hot tub or partake in a bbq on this back patio.  Thanks again, Gabe

This beautiful waterfront house has everything you need to weather the storm. The outdoor shower leads to the mudroom complete with bath room. The yellow cedar shingles will silver with age and only add beauty to this already spectacular home. This master bathroom also leads directly out to the deck just feet from the bulkhead and beach. The open concept and accordion style glass door invites you to look out at the magnificent view of the Olympic Mountain range across the Sound.

This little carriage house and studio is the perfect art studio, office, or rental.  The building is only sixteen feet wide by twenty eight feet deep, 448 square feet!  Even though its on the smaller side this studio on the beach is adorned with one bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, large closet and spacious living room with a great view of the Puget Sound.
