Pacific Homes Source designed an a extension to my approximately 1000 foot Rambler. The extension added approximately 40% to the square footage of our home. There were special considerations as my mobility is challenged and considerations for future worsening of my mobility had to be considered. The extension Is to be a family room, large storage closet, and a future bathroom.We had some ideas of for the extension which were important to us and a couple of custom features we wanted included. Pacific Home Source worked quickly and was able to translate our ramblings of desires into a coherent and beautiful design. We added a pretty substantial addition to our house and hired Gabe at Pacific Home Source to draw up the plans and submit them for permits. We had a good idea of how we wanted the house to look, but needed help refining that concept and laying out the addition within the confines of our budget and a tight setback. Gabe did a great job in laying out the addition and making it flow properly. Although we aren't done with the construction and I'm handling a lot of it myself on nights and weekends, we are already getting a lot of compliments on how great it looks.
