All of our plans include a 3D walkthrough, allowing you to understand how your space will feel, flow, and function. For clients looking for more detailed visuals, we also offer high-quality interior and exterior renderings that bring your design to life.

How it works?
We can create renderings directly from plans we design in-house, which allows for a faster and more seamless process.
If you already have plans from another designer or architect, we can still help. In these cases, we build a 3D model from your drawings first, then generate renderings from that model. Because of this additional step, projects based on outside plans typically require more time and cost.
Pricing
Rendering pricing depends on the level of detail and scope, but typical starting points are:
- Interior renderings start at $400 per room, including two images
- Exterior renderings start at $500, including two views

Yes, we can. If your plans were created outside of Pacific Home Source, we first build a 3D model before creating renderings. This typically adds time and cost compared to projects designed in-house.

What’s included in a rendering?
Renderings include realistic lighting, materials, and layout based on your plans. We work with you to align on key finishes and details so the images reflect your vision as closely as possible.
How long does it take to receive renderings?
Timelines vary based on complexity, but most renderings are completed within 2 weeks once the 3D model and design details are finalized. From there, you have one revision round where you can provide changes, and this will take an addition 1-2 weeks.
Can I request changes after seeing the renderings?
Yes, one revision is included with every rendering project to adjust materials, colors, or key design details. Additional revisions can be provided if needed, helping ensure the final result aligns with your vision before construction begins
