Casual Waterfront Living

This waterfront project began as a proposed remodel of an existing home located along the Hood Canal in Kitsap County. Due to shoreline limitations, site constraints, and the proximity to the water, the homeowners ultimately decided to pursue a replacement residence that could better maximize the property while remaining within the existing footprint.

Pacific Home Source worked closely with the homeowners throughout the design process to develop a more functional layout, improve the overall flow of the home, and create a design that reflected the relaxed California casual aesthetic they envisioned. Our team also helped navigate Kitsap County shoreline management requirements and coordinated closely with consultants and industry professionals to help keep the project moving efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Special attention was given to the atmosphere and livability of the home, including collaboration with a lighting specialist to enhance the warmth, comfort, and overall experience of the interior and exterior spaces.
